Responsibilities

• Thoroughly test software changes and report bugs
• Create test artifacts including test cases, checklists, and shared testing data
• Ensure product meets high quality standards while supporting release velocity
• Perform risk-based and context-driven testing
• Own end-to-end testing processes
• Advocate for quality throughout the SDLC
• Conduct bug triages and review requirements
• Work closely with product and engineering teams from early development stages

Requirements

• Experience with web, mobile, backend, and AI tooling hands-on testing
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for requirement evaluation
• Ability to troubleshoot and prioritize bugs with clear reporting
• Deep knowledge of various testing types
• Proven success working independently in a fully remote environment
• Exceptional self-management and autonomy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for asynchronous collaboration
