QA Analyst

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex stories by end of sprint
• Participate in successful Agile delivery by seeking guidance and identifying blockers
• Perform thorough functional, regression, and edge case testing
• Conduct basic API or automation testing where possible
• Write detailed test cases, testing reports, and robust testing plans
• Support junior team members with documentation and testing techniques
• Present full test plans and sprint reports to client stakeholders

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in manual testing for web and mobile applications
• Proficiency with manual testing and Postman
• Experience managing test cases in Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Experience collaborating with client stakeholders during sprint planning
• Ability to articulate business outcomes of development projects
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in AI-assisted testing (Claude Code, Cursor, CoPilot, etc.)
