QA Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and acceptance testing on new and existing features
• Identify, document, and communicate defects to the development team
• Test AI-enabled product features for accuracy, reliability, and usability
• Use AI-assisted workflows to improve test planning and documentation
• Collaborate with product, development, and design teams to ensure quality alignment
• Maintain accurate records of test plans, test cases, and results
• Manage daily QA work across multiple priorities and communicate risks to stakeholders

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a QA Analyst or similar role
• Solid experience with manual testing techniques
• Experience testing AI-enabled features or strong interest in evaluating AI outputs
• Strong documentation skills for test cases and bug reports
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical troubleshooting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High-performance mindset with strong ownership and follow-through

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering
• Familiarity with web technologies, APIs, and SQL
• Familiarity with AI agents and prompt-based workflows
• Experience in healthcare or regulated software environments
