Job description

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain automated test suites for web and API layers using TypeScript and Playwright
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA engineers to define test strategy and quality gates
  • Investigate and triage test failures, distinguishing flaky tests from genuine regressions
  • Write clear bug reports, test plans, and documentation
  • Participate in code reviews for test automation code
  • Continuously improve test coverage, execution speed, and stability

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in test automation
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript
  • Practical experience with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
  • Solid understanding of testing fundamentals (API testing, regression, exploratory testing)
  • Experience integrating tests into CI/CD workflows
