QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using WebdriverIO (WDIO)
• Perform manual testing for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes
• Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business requirements
• Execute functional, regression, integration, smoke, and end-to-end testing
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through to resolution
• Validate application functionality across multiple browsers, devices, and operating systems
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline where applicable
• Review requirements and provide early feedback to improve testability and product quality
• Monitor test execution, analyze results, and provide clear quality reports
• Continuously improve testing processes, automation coverage, and QA best practices
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release activities
• Ensure software meets performance, usability, reliability, and quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
• Strong experience in manual and automation testing
• Hands-on experience with WebdriverIO (WDIO)
• Experience testing REST APIs using tools such as Postman
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with Angular or React
• Experience with Jira and Git

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins
• Experience with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
• Basic SQL knowledge for database validation
• Performance testing experience using JMeter
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
