QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate testing with the QA team; lead quality initiatives
• Monitor product health and catch user-critical defects early
• Champion UI/UX quality; validate designs and benchmark competitors
• Partner with Support to triage, prioritize, and resolve user issues
• Execute functional, regression, and integration testing for releases
• Identify, log, and analyze bugs with clear steps and impact
• Create and maintain regression test cases and suites
• Hunt for vulnerabilities, fraud/abuse vectors, and validate controls
• Critically review specs; surface risks, ambiguities, and edge cases

Requirements

• Based in Dubai, UAE (hybrid: remote with access to our Dubai hub)
• Proactive, product-focused mindset; strong user impact awareness
• Cross-platform and mini-app testing experience
• Hands-on P2P or fintech testing background
• Experience collaborating with Customer Support on user-reported issues
• Ability to validate against design mockups; strong design collaboration
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Experience with production monitoring and live-issue response

Preferred Qualifications

• Blockchain/crypto product experience (wallets, transactions, dApps)
• Test automation in Kotlin or Python
• Maintaining and extending automation test suites
