Quality Analyst

Responsibilities

• Interpret requirements and write quality control and user acceptance test plans
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement automated test tools and strategies
• Design, implement, and conduct test and evaluation procedures to ensure system requirements are met
• Develop, maintain, and upgrade automated test scripts and architectures for application products
• Analyze test cases and provide regular progress reports
• Serve as a subject matter specialist for complex software/hardware applications
• Participate in risk management assessments and software/hardware development

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Java application testing experience
• Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, and FitNesse
• Strong background in performance testing using JMeter or Loadrunner
• Experience with automated testing, 508 accessibility testing, functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and cybersecurity testing
• Basic understanding of Java coding
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Software Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)
• US Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

• Appian application testing experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Strong communication skills
