Quality Assurance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform testing on existing and new functionality to ensure high quality standards
• Generate and update test cases to increase testing coverage
• Troubleshoot and correctly identify issues using analytical skills
• Report issues in a timely manner with clear and concise communication
• Drive continual improvement of testing workflows and processes
• Promote a team-first culture and collaborate with the development team
• Maintain proficiency with core products, services, and integrations

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of ProPresenter and its expected behaviors
• Prior experience in Quality Assurance or a similar field
• Experience with test management tools like TestRail
• Experience with issue-tracking tools like Jira
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
