Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies across web and mobile experiences
• Perform manual testing to identify usability concerns, edge cases, and defects
• Build and maintain automated tests using programming languages and testing frameworks
• Conduct regression testing to ensure new updates do not impact existing functionality
• Integrate automated test suites into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to validate user stories and provide quality sign-off
• Investigate and document software defects with detailed reproduction steps

Requirements

• Experience with ASP.NET MVC, .NET, C#, MSSQL, React, Javascript, jQuery, HTML/CSS, Azure, or DevOps
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with bug tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies including test planning and exploratory testing
• Ability to read and understand application code (ASP.NET/C#, JavaScript/TypeScript/React)
• Comfort writing SQL queries (MSSQL preferred)
• Experience leveraging AI tools for test case generation and automation
