Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform testing on existing and new functionality to ensure high quality standards
• Generate and update test cases to increase coverage and maintain alignment with software behavior
• Troubleshoot and correctly identify issues using analytical and problem-solving skills
• Report issues in a timely manner with clear and concise communication
• Drive continual improvement by developing innovative ideas for quality and efficiency
• Promote a team-first culture through collaboration and alignment with goals
• Maintain proficiency with core products, services, and integrations

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of ProPresenter and its expected behaviors
• Prior experience in Quality Assurance or a similar field
• Experience with test management tools such as TestRail
• Experience with issue-tracking tools such as Jira
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
