Quality Automation Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead the modernization of software quality management practices, tooling, and mindset
• Define and lead the technical approach for modernizing software quality across the engineering organization
• Propose and implement tooling, workflows, and practices for building quality into the agentic SDLC
• Define a modern test pyramid including unit, integration, contract, end-to-end, and production validation layers
• Develop strategies for test data management, environment reliability, and synthetic monitoring
• Design risk-based quality gates integrated into CI/CD pipelines
• Provide technical mentorship to QA engineers, software engineers, and engineering leads

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in software development or quality management
• Experience with Ruby or Go codebases
• Significant experience with agentic software development workflows and prompt engineering
• Proficiency with Git and GitLab CI/CD
• Experience leading transformational projects in regulated or high-complexity environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to build consensus across teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with both Ruby and Go
• Expertise in designing multi-agent analysis workflows for generated code
