Responsibilities

• Map current clinical QA processes and identify gaps against applicable standards
• Design and embed a scalable QA program framework for outpatient preventive health
• Build and operationalize a quality data review process and recurring dashboards
• Lead cross-functional QA improvement initiatives across clinical, operations, and technology teams
• Develop and maintain quality documentation including SOPs, audit tools, and training materials

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in quality assurance or program management
• At least 3 years in a healthcare or regulated clinical setting
• Proven experience designing and running QA programs in outpatient or ambulatory care
• Track record of building quality data review processes and defining metrics
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills
• AI fluency and comfort using data tools for quality review

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in medical device quality or regulated environments (ISO 13485, EU MDR)
• Background in population health, patient safety, or managed care quality programs
• Experience in a scaling health technology company
