Responsibilities

  • Own clinical quality and safety systems, including maintaining day-to-day quality and supporting audits, incident investigations, and root-cause analysis
  • Manage metrics and reporting for clinical and executive leadership to track performance against standards and external requirements
  • Partner with clinical operations and nursing leadership to integrate quality and safety standards into daily workflows
  • Act as the point person for external audits and regulatory reviews
  • Update quality and safety playbooks and implement metrics reporting plans
  • Deliver training for clinical staff on safety protocols, incident reporting, and risk management
  • Monitor daily quality metrics across care teams, including AI implementation and quality

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical or clinical field
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or safety management
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or program-ownership capacity
  • Healthcare experience is required; cancer quality and safety experience preferred
  • Experience navigating audits from accrediting bodies is a plus
  • Strong investigative rigor and ability to perform root-cause analysis
  • Builder mindset with experience developing quality or safety programs
  • Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
  • Highly organized and communicative with strong attention to detail
