Job description

Responsibilities

  • Run, tune, and improve automated strategies on-chain and across exchanges, ensuring reliable execution and real-time market adaptation.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and research teams to help design resilient bots and contribute to protocol-level logic.
  • Protect the exchange from manipulation and adversarial behaviour.
  • Identify potential vulnerabilities in trading logic or system architecture, analyze behaviors, detect edge cases, and work closely with the security team to keep the platform robust and trustworthy.

Requirements

  • Strong background in quantitative analysis, algorithmic trading, or market microstructure
  • Proficiency with code (Python, Rust, or similar), able to prototype or review logic
  • Experience with DeFi protocols, centralized exchanges, or on-chain trading bots
  • Hacker mindset, able to think like an adversary
  • Curiosity, ownership, and bias toward action
