RCM Client Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Build deep, trust-based relationships with clients as their primary strategic partner post–go-live
• Own the client relationship for Prompt + Prompt RCM users across revenue cycle and clinical operations
• Host regular client cadence meetings and monthly business reviews to discuss performance and upsell opportunities
• Monitor and respond to client support inquiries, triaging and resolving issues
• Support clients through clinical and billing workflows, including documentation and claim lifecycles
• Analyze client performance data and KPIs to identify risks and opportunities
• Identify and manage churn indicators to protect at-risk accounts
• Collaborate cross-functionally with RCM Ops, Support, Product, and Engineering teams

Requirements

• Active clinical license as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Direct experience in outpatient therapy settings
• Strong understanding of clinical, administrative, and billing workflows in rehab therapy
• Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles
• Tech-savvy with aptitude for EMR platforms and SaaS systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in medical billing, insurance claims, or revenue cycle management
