Job description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate payer portal account setup, enrollment, and troubleshooting for new client implementations
  • Maintain company documentation, SOPs, and operational resources
  • Track projects, milestones, and implementation activities across departments
  • Coordinate client onboarding activities and validate required documentation
  • Triage and route incoming customer support requests to appropriate teams
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA requirements and company security policies

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare administration, customer support, or revenue cycle management
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with healthcare payer portals and access management
  • Knowledge of healthcare insurance and provider operations
  • Familiarity with Notion, Help Scout, HubSpot, or project management platforms
  • Experience maintaining SOPs and operational workflows
