R&D Tech Ops Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional projects within the Technical Operations segment of the R&D organization
• Manage multiple workstreams from idea through launch using the Stage Gate process
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and operational requirements
• Establish project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables
• Coordinate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Brand, Finance, Medical, Scientific, Clinical, and Regulatory Affairs
• Oversee projects including production optimization, quality and compliance initiatives, cost savings, and technology transfers

Requirements

• Hands-on manufacturing knowledge
• Strong project leadership and operational excellence expertise
• Ability to translate complex technical and business requirements into executable project plans
• Ability to travel approximately 15%
