Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with buying, selling, leasing, and investing in residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi
  • Conduct property viewings and market tours
  • Generate and manage listings using company CRM and marketing resources
  • Negotiate offers and prepare contracts to ensure client satisfaction
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships and referral networks
  • Hit individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for photography, videography, and listing promotion

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in real estate, preferably Abu Dhabi
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of Abu Dhabi market dynamics
  • Proficient with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
  • Fluency in English; Arabic advantageous
  • Valid UAE driver's license preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • RERA certification or licensed real estate agent
  • Experience with high-end and off-plan property portfolios
  • Social media and digital marketing experience for property sales
  • Self-motivated with strong prospecting and closing abilities
