Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalised consultation and exceptional service
  • Manage property viewings, client communications, and inquiries efficiently
  • Negotiate and close sales, leasing, and investment deals while ensuring outstanding client experience
  • Provide expert advice on market trends, investment opportunities, and legal aspects of transactions in Dubai
  • Coordinate marketing activities for listings including photos, video and digital promotion
  • Use CRM to manage leads, follow-ups and pipeline

Requirements

  • UAE experience
  • Sales experience
  • Negotiation skills
  • Client relations
  • CRM proficiency
  • Microsoft Office
  • English fluency
  • Driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Real estate certification
  • RERA registration
  • Arabic language
  • Experience with high-end portfolio
  • Proven track record of closed deals
