Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships and offer personalized property guidance.
• Conduct property viewings and manage client inquiries.

• Provide advice on market trends and legal considerations in real estate.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales; at least 1 year in the UAE market preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation abilities focused on customer satisfaction.
• Deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
• Real estate certification or relevant qualifications (advantageous).
• Fluency in English (required); additional languages, such as Arabic, are a plus.
• A valid UAE driver’s license (preferred).
