Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close transformative deals across multifamily and hospitality assets
• Lead end-to-end deal processes including sourcing, underwriting, structuring, negotiating, and closing
• Act as a trusted advisor to institutional owners, brokers, and lenders
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level growth executives
• Collaborate with senior leadership to refine Kasa’s deal playbook
• Track and present key performance indicators related to deal volume and unit growth

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in institutional real estate, multifamily or hospitality acquisitions, management, or brokerage
• Extensive relationships with top-tier institutional owners, brokers, and lenders
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Proven track record of closing complex, high-value transactions
• Advanced understanding of multifamily and hospitality business dynamics and property-level economics
• Willingness to travel extensively

Preferred Qualifications

• Relationships and experience in the Western US
• Investment or development experience in the hospitality and multifamily sectors
• Experience with zoning, building codes, and regulatory frameworks for short-term rentals
• Hotel development experience
• Master’s Degree
