Responsibilities

• Manage 50+ listings per month, frequently switching between assets at different stages of readiness
• Manage and coordinate 3rd party service and rehab vendors
• Draft, review, and maintain MLS listings and related documentation
• Order, schedule, coordinate and close out 3rd party services vendors based on SLAs
• Serve as a primary point of contact for 3rd party services vendors, field agents, and internal partners
• Ensure accurate and timely transition of information and documents to the agent selling team
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and keep listings moving forward

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of hands-on real estate experience as a Listing Coordinator or licensed Real Estate Agent
• Direct experience working with the MLS
• Highly organized with exceptional time-management skills
• Comfortable operating in a high-volume environment
• Strong communicator comfortable working with vendors and construction teams
• Tech-savvy with experience in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Must be located in AZ, FL, or TX
