Real Estate Specialist (Arabian Ranches)

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties within the Arabian Ranches area
• Network with potential clients to grow leads and business opportunities
• Conduct property viewings and inspections
• Prepare market analysis and reports for clients
• Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals
• Advise clients on market trends, legal requirements, and financing options

Requirements

• Exceptional consulting and communication skills
• More than 1 year of experience as an Arabian Ranches area specialist in Real Estate
• Demonstrated sales achievements and strong negotiation abilities focused on customer satisfaction
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and industry practices
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms
• Real Estate and/or Property Management certification is a plus
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is advantageous
• Valid UAE driver's license preferred
