Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, leasing, and investing in properties within Damac Lagoons.
- Network with potential clients and build strong relationships.
- Conduct property viewings, inspections, and market analysis.
- Negotiate terms, conditions, and close deals effectively.
- Provide expert advice on market trends, legal requirements, and financing options.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of area developments and opportunities.
Requirements
- Exceptional consulting and communication skills
- More than 1 year experience as a Damac Lagoons area specialist in Real Estate
- Demonstrated sales achievements
- Strong negotiation ability and customer satisfaction focus
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media
- Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages a plus)
- Valid UAE driver’s license (preferred)
