Real Estate Specialist (Damac Lagoons)

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, leasing, and investing in properties within Damac Lagoons.
• Network with potential clients and build strong relationships.
• Conduct property viewings, inspections, and market analysis.
• Negotiate terms, conditions, and close deals effectively.
• Provide expert advice on market trends, legal requirements, and financing options.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of area developments and opportunities.

Requirements

• Exceptional consulting and communication skills
• More than 1 year experience as a Damac Lagoons area specialist in Real Estate
• Demonstrated sales achievements
• Strong negotiation ability and customer satisfaction focus
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media
• Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages a plus)
• Valid UAE driver’s license (preferred)

• Real Estate or Property Management certification
