Real Estate Specialist (Palm Jumeirah)

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties within the Palm Jumeirah area
• Network with potential clients to generate leads
• Conduct property viewings and inspections
• Prepare detailed market analysis and reports
• Negotiate terms and conditions for property transactions
• Provide expert advice on market trends, legal requirements, and financing options

Requirements

• Exceptional consulting and communication skills
• More than 1 year of experience as a Palm Jumeirah area specialist in Real Estate
• Demonstrated sales achievements and strong negotiation abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and industry practices
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is advantageous
• Valid UAE driver's license preferred
