Real Estate Specialist (Tilal Al Ghaf)

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, leasing, and investing in properties within the Tilal Al Ghaf area
• Network with potential clients and maintain ongoing relationships
• Conduct property viewings, inspections, and market analysis
• Negotiate terms and conditions between buyers, sellers, and renters
• Provide expert advice on market trends, legal requirements, and financing options

Requirements

• Exceptional consulting and communication skills
• More than 1 year of experience as a Tilal Al Ghaf area specialist in Real Estate
• Demonstrated sales achievements and strong negotiation abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and industry practices
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms
• Real Estate and/or Property Management certification is a plus
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is advantageous
• Valid UAE driver's license preferred
