Job Description

Description Eram Talent is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Support Maintenance Specialist to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for managing maintenance requests, overseeing property upkeep, and ensuring that real estate operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Consultant should have solid experience with these technologies: CRM/Dynamic365, React .Net core
  • Consultant should be remotely available, respond to the emails and phone calls for providing the support.
  • Consultant should provide the available new features on this Real Estate application from time to time.
  • Provide the support for existing Real Estate applications and must update SSL certificates on server provided by Client.
  • Periodically perform the health checkups on server and its services.
  • Consultant should fill in the incident report every time after finishing the task or update or maintenance.
  • Consultant should share their knowledge with Client Technical Team about resolution has done and on requests of Client team about project.
  • Should check the system performance issues, operation, application hangs, project workflow hangs and incorrect results.
  • GUI and look and feel changes, if requested.
  • Software upgrade and OS patching on servers.
  • Update the application from Security vulnerability issues.
  • Enhance the dashboard & Reports.
  • Consultants should support all issues related to Real Estate applications.
  • Update of user license, if newly purchases from Client side.
  • Consultant should Provide technical documents for any new change/enhancement.
  • Consultant should Provide technical training to Client team for any new change/enhancement.
