Job description

Responsibilities

  • Perform outbound cold calls using Mojo Power Dialer to FSBO, expired listings, and absentee owners
  • Qualify motivated sellers and schedule listing appointments
  • Manage CRM data, including call dispositions and lead tracking
  • Provide administrative support including listing paperwork and document coordination
  • Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email

Requirements

  • Fluent English with a natural, conversational speaking tone
  • Prior experience in cold calling and real estate preferred
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency with CRM management and lead tracking
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with U.S. real estate agents or brokers
  • Familiarity with Connecticut and New York real estate markets
  • Experience as a Transaction Coordinator
  • Ability to prepare contracts, disclosures, and transaction documents
