Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and calls for the team
  • Manage shared inboxes and route correspondence to the correct departments
  • Greet and assist virtual visitors via video call platforms
  • Maintain accurate contact lists, digital records, and filing systems
  • Assist with general administrative tasks including data entry and document preparation
  • Ensure all interactions reflect the professional standards of the organisation

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a receptionist, front-desk, or administrative role
  • Friendly and professional communication style
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Strong organisational skills and multitasking ability
  • Reliable home office setup with stable internet connection
  • Presentable and confident on video calls
  • Matric certificate required
