Recruiter (IBM Maximo Specialization) Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Engage and conduct structured interviews with Maximo professionals (functional, technical, industry-specific).
• Assess experience, certifications, and project delivery record.
• Collect project references, technologies used, and role responsibilities.
• Record and profile candidate skills, certifications, and expertise (such as MAS 9.2, Cognos, WatsonX, industry solutions).
• Track availability preferences (remote, hybrid, relocation), and salary expectations for different regions.
• Gather client decision-maker info from candidates' project history for lead generation.
• Log and manage client/partner references in CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
• Maintain and update candidate records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data for fast project matching.
• Monitor and nurture relationships with high-value Maximo professionals.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of talent sourcing or recruiting in technical, ERP, or EAM roles.
• Ability to conduct interviews assessing technical skills, certifications, and project backgrounds.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; additional languages are an asset.
• Experience with Salesforce, Bullhorn, or comparable recruiting CRM/ATS systems.
• Ability to structure and capture candidate and lead data in detail.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, remote-first, global environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to IBM Maximo, ERP, or enterprise software ecosystems.
• Ability to balance candidate experience with business lead generation.
• Curiosity and persistence to gather decision-maker information for sales teams.
