Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end operational and strategic recruitment process for local markets
  • Create job ads, conduct proactive candidate searches, screening, and interviews
  • Perform reference checks and feedback sessions
  • Build strong relationships with sales and delivery managers
  • Support candidates throughout their entire journey, including post-placement handholding
  • Identify and develop new sourcing channels for potential candidates

Requirements

  • Native proficiency (C1 level) in one of the following: Norwegian, Dutch, Swedish, German, or Danish
  • Professional working proficiency in English (B2 level)
  • Deep understanding of the culture and mentality of the target language markets
  • Ability to use social media effectively as a recruitment tool
  • Willingness to use personal social media profiles for work purposes
  • High level of integrity and trustworthiness

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in recruitment or sales
  • Experience working in an international environment
  • Experience living abroad
