Job description

Responsibilities

  • Gain hands-on experience sourcing candidates through various online resources
  • Conduct initial phone screens and engage with prospective candidates
  • Coordinate and manage a high volume of interviews across multiple time zones
  • Support the full recruiting lifecycle from initial sourcing through the offer stages
  • Manage candidate activity within the Greenhouse applicant tracking system
  • Provide basic analysis and insights to support recruiting efforts and process improvements

Requirements

  • Must be a SkillBridge-eligible transitioning service member
  • Background in administrative, personnel, HR, or other people-focused roles
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across different time zones
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Genuine interest in pursuing a career in recruiting or talent acquisition
