Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates through ATS, social media, and job boards like LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and Indeed
• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications
• Perform job and task analysis to document requirements
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate channels
• Screen resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various selection tools and methods
• Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and aptitudes
• Provide analytical recruiting reports to the Head of Talent
• Act as a point of contact and build candidate relationships
• Promote the company's reputation as a top employer

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency)
• Required experience recruiting Commercial Real Estate Property Managers
• Ability to conduct structured, competency-based, and stress interviews
• Experience with phone interviewing and reference checks
• Ability to organize skills assessment centers
• Familiarity with ATS, CMS, HRIS, or HRMS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
