Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Source, identify and engage high-caliber candidates for satellite engineering, systems, mechanical, manufacturing, testing, program management and business operations roles
• Build and manage talent pipelines for active and future hiring needs
• Execute targeted sourcing across LinkedIn, engineering communities, niche networks and specialist channels
• Screen for technical depth, functional capability and cultural fit
• Partner with engineering leads, program teams and People Operations to scope roles and refine JD's
• Conduct initial candidate screens and manage candidate experience end-to-end
• Coordinate candidate movement and feedback to reduce time-to-hire
• Maintain ATS data accuracy and recruitment hygiene
• Track sourcing metrics, pipeline stats and sourcing performance
• Help develop sourcing playbooks, market maps and repeatable hiring processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut and other sourcing tools
• Experience recruiting Manufacturing, AIT, Payload, Avionics, RF or Mission Operations roles
• Experience across multiple geographies
• High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset
• Comfortable periodic travel to Abu Dhabi for onsite collaboration
