Job description
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining high quality of hire
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Proficiency with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Knowledge of UAE hiring practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in negotiation and offer management
