Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
  • Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining high quality of hire
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Proficiency with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • Knowledge of UAE hiring practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in negotiation and offer management
