Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Screen 400–500 CVs weekly and run 15–20 structured video interviews
  • Apply objective scorecards; capture structured notes in BambooHR
  • Build 5–8 strong shortlists per role within 2–3 weeks
  • Maintain accurate daily pipelines, statuses, and notes in BambooHR
  • Share concise daily summaries and key blockers with stakeholders
  • Partner with CEO and hiring managers to enable fast, confident decisions
  • Uphold clear, professional communication with candidates end-to-end

Requirements

  • 4–5 years recruiting experience
  • Excellent English communication
  • Based within ±4h Gulf Standard Time
  • Proficient with BambooHR, LinkedIn, Slack
  • Structured, detail‑oriented, organized
  • Evidence‑based interviewing and notes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Cross‑functional recruiting exposure
  • ATS best practices expertise
  • Startup or high‑growth experience
  • Familiarity with UAE hiring
