Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for various roles across the agency
• Execute proactive cold outreach to attract top talent
• Manage the candidate experience to ensure it reflects the Seer brand
• Conduct candidate assessments to evaluate personality and fit beyond the resume
• Participate in final-round debriefs and talent strategy

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality
• Strong rapport-building and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work continental US-based hours
• Based in the United States
