Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full 360-degree recruitment lifecycle from initial client intake to final contract signature
  • Act as the primary point of contact for both clients and IT professionals
  • Conduct qualification interviews and build long-term professional networks
  • Consult with experienced IT consultants regarding their career progression
  • Proactively source and engage with talent to find meaningful career matches
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support their hiring needs

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience
  • Fluent in Dutch
  • Experience in IT recruitment or a strong willingness to learn the IT sector
  • Ability to spend a minimum of 6 months per year in Dubai
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach
