Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting searches including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs and ensure alignment
  • Source talent creatively through non-traditional channels
  • Own the candidate experience from initial outreach to offer acceptance
  • Maintain high-quality data and reporting within the ATS
  • Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and define plans
  • Strengthen employer brand through storytelling and messaging
  • Refine recruiting processes to increase efficiency and quality of hire

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience in high-growth technology companies
  • Proven track record of closing technical and business roles
  • Highly organized and systems-oriented mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network in fintech, crypto, or developer-focused sectors
  • Understanding of compensation benchmarking and offer strategy
  • Experience with Ashby ATS workflows
