Job description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the internal recruitment team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates for diverse positions across client projects, including technical, ecommerce, and creative roles
  • Maintain and utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines efficiently
  • Conduct preliminary candidate interviews and assessments to ensure fit with job requirements
  • Provide timely candidate status updates and coordinate communications between candidates and hiring managers
  • Contribute to recruitment strategy discussions by sharing market insights and auditing interview processes

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in agency, digital marketing, or technology sectors
  • Strong candidate sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and other networking platforms
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, with Workable experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple assignments
  • Ability to work independently on a contract basis with varying workloads
