Job description
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the internal recruitment team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for diverse positions across client projects, including technical, ecommerce, and creative roles
- Maintain and utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines efficiently
- Conduct preliminary candidate interviews and assessments to ensure fit with job requirements
- Provide timely candidate status updates and coordinate communications between candidates and hiring managers
- Contribute to recruitment strategy discussions by sharing market insights and auditing interview processes
Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in agency, digital marketing, or technology sectors
- Strong candidate sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and other networking platforms
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, with Workable experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple assignments
- Ability to work independently on a contract basis with varying workloads
