Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the recruiting strategy across all teams
• Partner with leadership and hiring managers to design targeted hiring plans
• Build and maintain proactive sourcing pipelines for active and passive candidates
• Implement creative, data-driven sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
• Track and report recruiting metrics to ensure visibility into pipeline health
• Optimize and manage recruiting tools and systems such as ATS and sourcing platforms
• Champion the candidate experience from first touch to offer close
• Contribute to employer branding efforts to elevate presence in the technical talent market

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of recruiting experience
• Proven success sourcing and closing technical and non-technical candidates
• Experience in fast-paced, scaling environments
• Expertise in building and optimizing recruiting pipelines and processes
• Proficiency with ATS systems and technical sourcing tools
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with ambiguity
