Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer acceptance
• Source and engage exceptional talent across the US and European markets
• Build pipelines for highly technical roles including AI/ML, Research, and Product Engineers
• Develop a deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and LLMs to assess candidates
• Conduct structured interviews and evaluate technical capability and cultural alignment
• Drive an exceptional candidate experience and act as a talent advisor to leadership
• Track recruiting performance and improve hiring workflows

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth tech or startups
• Experience hiring across US and European markets
• Proven track record of closing technical and engineering roles
• Understanding of software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and modern AI systems
• Ability to discuss LLMs, AI safety, model training, and inference
• Proactive and resourceful sourcing skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English (C1+)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting AI Engineers, Research Engineers, or Applied Scientists
• Experience hiring for AI startups or research organizations
• Familiarity with modern sourcing tools and AI-powered recruiting workflows
