Responsibilities
- Provide sourcing support to talent acquisition team members
- Participate in intake meetings as needed
- Review and screen candidates prior to submission
- Schedule screens and interviews for leaders and recruiters
- Extend job offers via the applicant tracking system
- Initiate background checks and drug screens
- Provide weekly summary reports regarding active requisitions
- Utilize Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools to manage projects
Requirements
- Currently working towards a Bachelor’s degree
- Experience working with MS Office
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
