Job description

Responsibilities

  • Provide sourcing support to talent acquisition team members
  • Participate in intake meetings as needed
  • Review and screen candidates prior to submission
  • Schedule screens and interviews for leaders and recruiters
  • Extend job offers via the applicant tracking system
  • Initiate background checks and drug screens
  • Provide weekly summary reports regarding active requisitions
  • Utilize Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools to manage projects

Requirements

  • Currently working towards a Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience working with MS Office
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
