Responsibilities

• Translate hiring priorities into Ashby by setting up roles, pipeline stages, interview plans, and templates
• Maintain the Ashby instance day-to-day to ensure candidate stages are accurate and data is clean
• Build and maintain workflows and automations to minimize manual touch
• Manage access for interviewers and hiring managers
• Produce simple, reliable reporting on pipeline status for founders
• Act as the primary point of contact for Ashby questions and create internal documentation
• Manage external recruiters

Requirements

• Hands-on experience administering Ashby (required)
• Ability to translate hiring priorities into working pipeline structures independently
• Strong organization and commitment to data hygiene
• Proficiency in building workflows and automations
• Clear written communication skills for documentation and updates
• Reliable availability for a remote, asynchronous setup
• Ability to work on EST time zone hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Recruiting coordination or recruiting-ops experience at an early-stage or fast-moving company
• Familiarity with technical hiring pipelines
• Experience connecting Ashby to scheduling, sourcing, or other tools
