Recruiting Specialist - Health Care

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-volume recruitment for Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Therapists
• Draft and post job opportunities across job boards and social media
• Identify and source potential candidates
• Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach
• Track candidates in the ATS and manage workflows
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders and CMOs
• Draft and finalize provider contracts and compensation addendums
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare recruiting or equivalent
• Demonstrated skills in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
