Recruitment Consultant (Headhunter)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for globally advertised mid-to-senior level roles.
• Execute proactive headhunting and direct sourcing to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Partner with senior stakeholders, including hiring managers and executive leadership, to align on search strategies.
• Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies tailored to specific roles and global regions.
• Conduct structured, competency-based screening interviews and facilitate selection debriefs.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and sourcing trackers while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of experience in international recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition.
• Proven success in sourcing and hiring for complex, technical, or international mid-to-senior level positions.
• Expertise in Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing tools.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish language proficiency.
• Experience working with mission-driven organizations in agriculture, research, development, or the non-profit sector.
• Experience sourcing talent across Africa, Asia, and LATAM.
