Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for globally advertised mid-to-senior level roles.
- Execute proactive headhunting and direct sourcing to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Partner with senior stakeholders, including hiring managers and executive leadership, to align on search strategies.
- Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies tailored to specific roles and global regions.
- Conduct structured, competency-based screening interviews and facilitate selection debriefs.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and sourcing trackers while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in international recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition.
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring for complex, technical, or international mid-to-senior level positions.
- Expertise in Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing tools.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish language proficiency.
- Experience working with mission-driven organizations in agriculture, research, development, or the non-profit sector.
- Experience sourcing talent across Africa, Asia, and LATAM.
