Job description
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing through to offer and placement
- Source and attract candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct search
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match them with suitable roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers
- Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while delivering against deadlines
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS and CRM systems
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search
- Experience with ATS platforms such as Teamtailor, Greenhouse, or Workday
- Ability to manage high volumes of roles and candidates simultaneously
- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant degree or diploma in HR, Psychology, or Business
