Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing through to offer and placement
  • Source and attract candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct search
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match them with suitable roles
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers
  • Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while delivering against deadlines
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS and CRM systems
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR
  • Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search
  • Experience with ATS platforms such as Teamtailor, Greenhouse, or Workday
  • Ability to manage high volumes of roles and candidates simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant degree or diploma in HR, Psychology, or Business
