Responsibilities
- Design and launch multi-channel campaigns via LinkedIn, Meta, and niche platforms to drive qualified applicants for Technical and Healthcare roles
- Act as the architect of the talent brand, creating "thumb-stopping" content and storytelling to position the company as a top employer
- Optimize the candidate journey by auditing application processes to remove friction and increase conversion rates
- Use data from Google Analytics and ATS to track ROI, Cost-per-Candidate (CPC), and Cost-per-Lead (CPL)
- Monitor global talent market trends to stay ahead of competitors in the Tech and Healthcare sectors
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Recruitment Marketing, or Talent Branding within a startup or high-volume agency
- Proven track record of building talent pipelines for Technical (Software Engineering, IT) and Healthcare professionals
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO-driven job board optimization
- Experience with Canva or similar tools for rapid production of visual assets
- Ability to write bold, authentic, and persuasive copy that avoids corporate-speak
- High-speed internet (15 Mbps primary, 10 Mbps backup) and a dedicated, quiet home office setup
- Reliable hardware including a modern processor (Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 or equivalent) and 8GB RAM minimum
