Responsibilities

  • Achieve a minimum target placement of AED 32.000 monthly.
  • Develop and refine job profiles in collaboration with the Talent Sourcer.
  • Conduct live interviews and assessments.
  • Maintain primary contact with clients.
  • Contact the company and candidate on the start date.

Requirements Sales and Acquisition, Collaboration with Talent Sourcer, Candidate Management, Client Interaction, Post-Placement Follow-Up.

Benefits Earning Model: Full Placement (Acquisition + Recruitment): 50% of the fee. Tools and Software: Microsoft Teams 365, Workable ATS Software, Community Software.
