Red & Purple Team Operator

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end Red Team engagements simulating real-world adversaries and APTs
• Conduct collaborative Purple Team exercises with SOC, Threat Hunting, and Incident Response teams
• Perform comprehensive penetration testing of enterprise networks, applications, and cloud environments
• Design, deploy, and maintain offensive security infrastructure in AWS or Azure
• Translate threat intelligence into realistic adversary emulation plans using MITRE ATT&CK
• Document attack paths and produce detailed technical and executive-level assessment reports

Requirements

• 7+ years of offensive cybersecurity experience (Red Teaming, penetration testing, or adversary emulation)
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Hands-on experience with network, Active Directory, identity, endpoint, and cloud attacks
• Proficiency in developing and operating offensive infrastructure in AWS or Azure
• Strong understanding of MITRE ATT&CK framework and adversary TTPs
• Ability to obtain security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, OSWE, GPEN, GXPN, or CRTO/CRTO II
• Experience conducting offensive operations within federal government environments
• Experience developing custom offensive security tooling or automation scripts
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools for reconnaissance and analysis
